Setup for Los Tacos No. 1 with Sterno

Some Los Tacos No. 1 orders may require 2 or 3 different setups within the same location (like separate floors or office areas). Even if everything falls under one order number, each setup should be completed as outlined. Make sure each group receives their full setup of protein, tortillas, and toppings to keep the experience consistent and delicious from floor to floor.

IMPORTANT

  1. Please dump one of each topping into a clear bowl (the rest will be left as extra).
  2. Use clear serving spoon to serve toppings onto clear bowls – the spoons will stay in bowl for customer.

2 setup points - 1 order

Occasionally, we will receive an order that includes 2–3 setups. All setups have the same order number, go to the same address and are for the same customer, even though there may be different quantities of people and protein/tortillas.

There may be different floors or parts of the office that are separate, but setup is still required.

There are 3 setups needed in this case, all having the same amount of people, protein, and tortillas, but they need to be on different floors.

Chips are transported in plastic bags

Chips in large bowl at location

Small clear bowls and plastic serving spoons are for toppings

Large clear bowls are for chips

Our catering stickers indicate what type of protein/tortilla is in a tray, along with its quantity. A box will be marked on the sticker, indicating the type of protein or tortilla contained.
