Complete the Onboarding Process
Before you begin, please have the following ready:
- Driver’s License – Must be 21+ with 2 years driving experience.
- Insurance Card – Must be in your name, or supply documentation listing you as an additional insured.
- Vehicle Registration – Must match the vehicle listed on your insurance.
The onboarding process will also include registering for the Expedite Visa Pay Card.
Optimize Your Profile
During onboarding, you’ll be able to customize your profile to ensure you are set up for the best orders for your account:
- Set availability (days & times)
- Select preferred delivery zones
- Upload photos of bags or delivery equipment
Begin Completing Orders
- Orders are typically assigned the day before.
- Busiest times: Weekday lunches (Monday–Friday).
- Each assigned order includes full details and can be accepted or declined.
- Earnings are sent to your Expedite Visa Pay Card same day, shortly after you complete your order.
Note: All drivers must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) to drive with Expedite

Who is Expedite?
Expedite is a catering and large order technology platform. We connect restaurants with highly-skilled drivers and provide the technology to ensure orders go smoothly and that all payments are facilitated quickly and securely.
Will all Fulflld orders be completed on the Expedite platform?
No – Shef orders will still be completed using the Fulflld driver app & Sharebite orders will still be completed using the Cartwheel driver app. If you drive for Shef or Sharebite, you will need to complete the onboarding with Logiscal to ensure you are setup for the new payment system.
Will I still receive my same routes?
That is our goal. Especially for Sweetgreens, our goal is to connect the routes to the same drivers who work them today.
What are the main differences between Fulflld & Expedite?
Most of our service is the same, but the dispatching of orders on Expedite is automated. That means that the orders will be “offered” to you from within the Expedite Driver App and you can accept the orders without speaking to a support agent. You can also confirm your orders same-day in the driver app. Support is still available, but not necessary for arranging and confirming orders.
Who is Gigee?
Gigee is Expedite’s driver management partner, helping with:
- Driver contracts.
- Occupational accident insurance.
- Claims support.
- MVR and background checks.
- Year-end 1099 tax forms.
Who is GigSafe?
GigSafe is the verification partner that supports the MVR review process.
Who is Everee?
Everee manages driver payments via the Expedite Visa Pay Card. During your onboarding, you will register for the card, to learn more, click the link below.
